Nisantasi Diamond Hotel

Uncomfortable

The front desk person was not at all welcoming and did not want to answer any questions. We said that we booked a large double room but he said that’s a standard room. The room was super small and not comfortable and not at all like what was advertised. the room size on the details was different than the actual room sie

All The staff are adorable and supportive specially Mr.Nebil and Mr.İbrahim. They are always ready to help and deliver excellent customer service. The location and the rooms are awesome.

Passable

The room was not very clean. The door broken. The bathroom lacked essentials.

Very nice hotel. Easy to get to, 10-15 minutes to Taksim Square. The guys working at the hotel were friendly and helpful in everything. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room, the staff at the reception, the location

The shower products

The hotel is located in a great area, offering easy access to nearby attractions and a vibrant atmosphere. The facilities and design of the hotel were good, and the staff was professional and helpful throughout my visit

Best hotel in Istanbul, highly recommended! The rooms are amazing and well furnished, super nice and cozy. The staff is extremely kind, they take care of you and if u need everything they are eager to help in many ways!

Location is great!

Room is a little small and was confusing online when booking as I booked large double room but it’s a standard room so that was misleading. No iron in the room which was annoying had to pay to get clothes ironed every day from outside. Overall location is great and staff was great.

Whenever we came to Istanbul, we had difficulty finding a place to stay that we wanted, until we came to this hotel. It was extraordinary. The cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of the bed, the friendliness of the staff. We were very, very pleased. We thank Mr. Nebil and his team very much.

Comfortable, convenient, clean. Centrally located. Thank you for everything.

Very small room that stank like old tabbako. The bathroom was not ventilated, no space for towels or anything.

The location of the hotel is in a central place. You can go anywhere you want. The rooms are spacious and clean, we were satisfied.

Clean, center of the city, staff was great.

Room was very small.

Staff were very helpful I would like to thank Ibrahim and special thanks to Ahmet who did his best to offer us the best comfortable stay Location is great

need to walk about 10 minutes for public transportation

The staff is extremely nice. Everything was clean. Had a great time there are stores and restaurants all around like it a lot.

Rooms were clean but in need of some maintenance. Checkin/out was quick and easy. Location was perfect, Overall good value.Massive thanks to Nabil and the rest of the team. Nabil helped me resolve an issue I had with noise and it was resolved quickly and in confidence.

Not enough powerpoints, the view from the room wasn’t great.

location close to shopping area

very Tiny room. I hit my head and foot so many times trying to move from one side of the bed to the other. view to a disgusting look. old TV, Tiny bathroom that will allow one person to first step into the shower first in order to close the door and be able to access the toilet and sink. Room was clean and tiny elevator enough for 2 people squeezing themselves but working. we didn’t ask for upgrade, if any, because we considered it as a Bed ONLY. staff were very nice with enough English to communicate a bit. breakfast was poor

The location was good and staff very friendly and helpful.

Despite the location was really good, but the neighbourhood closed really early.

We upgraded to triple room for one night. The location is great just a easy 3 minute walk from the metro stationThe check-in was quick and the room was niceTwo queen beds

Awesome place to stay a few nights in the city or just passing by. Very close to the center, you can walk or take the subway. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, beds are very comfy and intimate, you have blackout curtains, There is also a luggage locker you can use for free.
